(5 minutes to put on the basket and 10 minutes to train Punky.) Your website does not do this product justice. It is very well designed. There is a pad for the dog's head to rest on in the front of the basket. The harness restraint gives me peace of mind that she won't jump out when we pass other dogs, cats, & birds. Pockets are easy enough to access while riding to be able to give treats to my dog for being good without stopping. The price/value is EXCELLENT. I shopped all over Fort Lauderdale in bike stores and pet stores. No one carries this product, but it is compatibly priced with normal bike baskets that have none of these features and considerably less than dog carriers. It arrived in just a few days.
